The Role:
As the first point of contact for the Caringbah site, this role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Diving and Hyperbaric Products business line. Combining reception, administration, and coordination responsibilities, you will provide essential support to ensure the efficient running of the office while delivering a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, customers, and colleagues.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide professional reception and front-of-house support, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Deliver day-to-day administrative support, including diary management, records maintenance, timesheet administration, and document preparation.
- Support the Purchasing and Production teams with administrative activities related to diving and hyperbaric products.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, and arranging travel, accommodation, and catering.
- Maintain office systems, databases, and administrative processes to support efficient operations.
- Process routine purchasing and financial transactions in line with company procedures.
- Provide general office support and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Experience within a production or manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with strong data entry skills and an understanding of ISO 9000 requirements being advantageous.
